Server time is Moscow, UTC+3. The Events button shows the next start and a countdown.

The active invasion lasts 10 minutes. During that time, a killed dragon respawns after 60 seconds at a new position.
After the active window, surviving dragons remain and give rewards when killed, but no longer respawn.
Remaining monsters are removed one minute before the next start. The schedule continues overnight.
